I am monthly subscriber, what will happen to my subscription?
You do not have to do anything. Your credit card will be charged one last time when the May Beauty Box ships.
I am an annual subscriber, what will happen to my subscription?
An account manager will review your subscription and will apply a refund for the remaining boxes on your plan. The May Beauty Box will be the last box you receive.
I signed up for a Specialty Box, what will happen to my subscription?
If you purchased the Noteworthy Naturals Box you will still receive this box. If you purchased the Holiday and/or Best Of Specialty Boxes, you will receive a refund for those boxes.
